In order to be able to determine this, we want authenticity and “wholeness.” With us, you don't have to pretend. You can't impress us with heroic stories, memorized models, or fictitious pen sales. We are more interested in a joint dialogue to learn something about your character, interests and ambitions. Don't be surprised if the conversation takes longer than planned — that's a good sign and shows that it was a pleasant conversation for both parties.
